In this article from the May, 2004 issue of PC World Magazine, 8 different Internet Phones are reivewed.  The service is explained in depth as well as a thorough cost benefit analysis.

Of the 8 services reviewed, Vonage and VoicePulse are rated "Best Buys".  It's nice to see a Broadband Phone service other than Vonage reviewed.  VoicePulse gets high marks for audio clarity, and ease of setup.  Vonage gets an extra half star for a better support Website and 911 capabilities.
